Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new revenue growth for Finera across the payments ecosystem. This client‑facing, target‑driven position manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and contributes to the overall sales and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and close new business with merchants, PSPs and fintech partners.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasting.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract agreements.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Finera’s payment orchestration solutions.
• Represent Finera at industry events and deliver proposals, pitches and RFP responses.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in business development, partner management or channel sales, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven track record in a new‑business (hunter) role with consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and its regulatory considerations.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, including pricing model structuring.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
