Account Executive – SMB SaaS Sales

About the role

This position is focused on selling Braze’s SaaS solutions to small‑and‑medium businesses across the MENAT region. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts, handling deals typically ranging from $30K to $150K+ per year.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new SMB customers for Braze’s platform.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation and renewal.
• Achieve quarterly and annual quota targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of total sales experience, including 2–3 years as an Account Executive.
• Full‑cycle SaaS/technology sales background with a proven record of closing deals.
• Experience selling to SMB or commercial customers in the MENAT market, especially Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
• At least one year of residence and work experience in the UAE.
• Strong hunter mentality, fluent English and conversational Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, acquire new logos, and expand existing accounts.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
• Experience with other CRM platforms.
