Account Lead - Strategy Programmes (UAE)

About the role

A leading UAE organization delivering high-impact strategic programmes is looking to appoint two Account Leads, each to head a major programme and partnership account. This CEO-equivalent role owns the account's strategy, delivery and senior stakeholder relationships, working closely with senior leadership and key partners on complex, multi-year programmes with measurable social and economic impact.

Key responsibilities

• Set the account's strategic direction and own its outcomes
• Lead relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
• Oversee complex, multi-year programmes from strategy to delivery
• Build and lead high-performing teams and delivery partners
• Ensure strong governance, budget oversight and measurable impact

Required profile

• Partner or Senior Partner in management consulting or advisory (MBB, top-tier or Big Four strategy, or a leading boutique or equivalent)
• 18+ years of experience, including senior client leadership
• Functional expertise in strategy and transformation, programme delivery, strategic partnerships and operating model design
• Industry exposure across the public sector, higher education, economic policy, economic development and social impact
• A track record of leading large-scale strategic programmes
• Excellent academic credentials; an MBA or advanced degree preferred
