Account Management Specialist – Restaurant Partners

About the role

noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. It is looking for an Account Management Specialist to manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized restaurant partners and help them succeed on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized restaurant partners and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Own and optimise catalog accuracy, in-store operations, growth initiatives and provide everyday support.
• Conduct performance reviews with accounts and identify ways to improve revenue and market share.
• Pitch and convince partners to join campaigns that grow their sales on noon Food.
• Share monthly reports with partners and act as a positive representative of the noon Food brand in the market.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of client management experience, preferably in a high-growth company.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who drives towards monthly targets and meets deadlines.
• Good analytical skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
