Account Manager – Abu Dhabi (Future Hiring)

About the role

Hilti is building a talent pipeline for future sales needs in the United Arab Emirates. As an Account Manager you will own market share in your territory, develop profitable sales, and act as the primary link between Hilti and its construction customers.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of Hilti’s market share and grow profitable sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategic plans using bundled and packaged solutions.
• Utilise the full sales management process to analyse, implement and control opportunities.
• Monitor competition and create tactical plans to counter them.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, contractors, system integrators and end‑users.
• Promote key products, introduce new offerings and provide demonstrations, training and service.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure comprehensive coverage of buying and potential customers.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, new launches, seminars and report monthly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related materials.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑driven, team‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
