Account Manager – Business Development in Dubai

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Dubai office. You will focus on generating new business and providing first‑level support to existing clients, primarily in the travel sector and also in retail and real‑estate.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams and production colleagues worldwide.
• Respond to client requests, assess project scope and produce cost estimates.
• Analyze the competitive landscape, develop proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and deliver high‑quality results.
• Identify new business opportunities, upsell TransPerfect’s portfolio, and support senior leadership in expanding accounts.
• Continuously learn about clients’ industries and proactively address their needs.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Can‑do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or client services.
