Account Manager, District Cooling Vertical

About the role

Carrier is seeking an experienced Account Manager – District Cooling Vertical to lead business development, strategic account management and project pursuit activities across the UAE district cooling market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a UAE district cooling growth plan, identify and qualify strategic opportunities, and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Establish trusted relationships with major district cooling providers, developers, consultants and EPC contractors, and create strategic account plans.
• Conduct technical workshops, product presentations and lunch‑and‑learn sessions to promote Carrier’s solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead opportunity strategy and pursuit plans, coordinate technical, commercial and contractual support, and manage bid preparation and negotiations.
• Position Carrier’s portfolio—including high‑efficiency centrifugal chillers, advanced controls and digital analytics—to demonstrate energy‑efficiency, low‑GWP refrigerants and total cost of ownership benefits.
• Represent Carrier at industry events, build relationships with key market influencers and strengthen brand visibility within the UAE district cooling ecosystem.
