Account Manager – Event Partnerships (Dubai)

About the role

The Account Manager will secure strategic partnerships, attract sponsors and exhibitors, and expand the International Jewelry and Watch Shows (JWS) presence across the jewellery, watch and retail sectors in the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in jewellery, watch, apparel and other retail sectors.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
• Represent International Jewelry and Watch Shows at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the events industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
