Account Manager - Events And Exhibitions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee event‑related projects from brief to delivery. The role focuses on the UAE events and marketing market, requiring a proactive approach to meet client expectations and business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs, proposals, presentations, quotations and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring progress, budgets and deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Track performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and generate additional business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, advertising or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE events/marketing industry.
• Proven ability to manage clients and projects effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines.
• Target‑ and KPI‑driven mindset with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
