Account Manager – Global Solutions (CGS)

About the role

Coface is looking for an Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships within the Coface Global Solutions (CGS) portfolio. You will be responsible for client retention, revenue growth and ensuring profitability while adhering to Coface’s risk and underwriting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the CGS Marketing Action Plan and support targeted initiatives to expand the portfolio.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and intermediaries, delivering presentations, proposals and timely responses.
• Act as the central point of contact for assigned clients, driving renewal revenue and portfolio profitability.
• Coordinate with underwriting, risk and commercial teams to ensure sound commercial underwriting and policy adjustments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and promote CGS programs through client engagement.
• Provide regular feedback to management on client needs, market opportunities and risk performance.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of account management experience in the insurance industry, preferably credit insurance.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent.

Required skills

• Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial expertise focused on profitability and client retention.
• Capability to manage complex international client programs.
