Account Manager

About the role

The role sits at the centre of social strategy, content delivery and client leadership for Four’s UAE offices. You will manage social media accounts for government, health, consumer and corporate clients, acting as the main point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate sectors.
• Own day‑to‑day client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Plan, develop and deliver always‑on content calendars and campaign bursts.
• Collaborate with creative, content and strategy teams to ensure social‑first thinking.
• Oversee community management, social listening and reporting.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Guide and support Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of all social outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in‑house).
• Experience managing accounts and contributing to social strategy.
• Exposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate/B2B is a plus.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple accounts.
• Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic or English (both welcome).
