Account Manager – Real Estate

About the role
Join the award‑winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team at haus & haus, a leading real estate agency in Dubai. You will act as the main liaison between the company and landlords, handling queries and ensuring high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Work effectively under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Lead and control face‑to‑face meetings with landlords.
- Coordinate and facilitate exchanges between clients and internal teams.
- Negotiate additional properties to maximise profit.
- Retain business year on year through excellent service.
- Cross‑sell services to other departments within the haus & haus group.
Required profile
- UAE driving licence and currently based in Dubai.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Top communicator with a high level of customer service.
- Diligent, proactive, resilient and strategic.
- Problem‑solving attitude.
- Experience in holiday home rentals is an advantage.
