Account Manager – Restaurants

About the role

The Account Manager – Restaurants will own a portfolio of high‑value restaurant partners, driving growth and profitability for Deliveroo in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to shape strategies that boost partner sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of restaurant partners, setting and achieving revenue and retention targets.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans based on data analysis to maximise sales and profitability.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and performance deep‑dives, providing actionable recommendations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for category expansion and new business initiatives.
• Own commercial outcomes, including promotional ROI and pricing optimisation.
• Negotiate and implement partner‑funded or co‑marketing campaigns to drive incremental orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, business development or strategy, preferably in food delivery, F&B or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑led mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios independently and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
