Account Manager – Russian Speaker

About the role

As an Account Manager at finera, you will own a portfolio of merchants in Dubai, ensuring they extract maximum value from our payment solutions. You will build trusted, long‑term relationships, guide onboarding, and drive ongoing growth and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact, developing strategic relationships with key merchant stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and adoption, delivering performance analysis to boost product usage.
• Gather and present customer feedback to influence product improvements and prioritize enhancements.
• Monitor merchant health, anticipate churn risks, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and use data to propose optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, finance, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Resolve complex issues promptly while maintaining merchant confidence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within FinTech or technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organisational and project‑management capabilities.
