Account Manager – Satellite & AI Solutions

About the role

Space42 is seeking an Account Manager to lead the development and management of key client accounts across its satellite‑based AI and geospatial analytics services. The role focuses on driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client support in the SpaceTech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and marketing campaigns that communicate Space42’s value proposition.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform product enhancements and new service offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events such as GIS and AI conferences, trade shows, and commercial meetings.
• Provide ongoing support and service excellence to ensure client satisfaction and reduce attrition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development or account management experience, preferably within the GIS or satellite industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong project‑management abilities and experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
