Account Manager – Social Media

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Social Media to lead client relationships and drive social media initiatives for key government and semi‑government accounts across the UAE. The role combines strategic planning, campaign oversight and the delivery of compelling digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with government and semi‑government clients.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Produce and supervise impactful digital content for leading regional accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to navigate government communication processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing government and semi‑government accounts.
• Proven track record of leading social media projects for public sector clients.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market, local culture and digital landscape.
• Exceptional client servicing, relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Background in a social media, digital or integrated advertising agency.
• Currently based in the UAE.
