Accountant / Accounts Executive

About the role

Al Qubaisi Group is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to join its finance team in Dubai. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports and ensuring VAT compliance. Immediate joiners are preferred due to urgent hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Maintain VAT‑related accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and support month‑end accounting activities.
• Assist with other accounting and finance‑related responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant UAE accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
