Accountant / Auditor (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant / Auditor to provide financial control and management, supporting month‑end closure and reporting for Gemini Trading Group in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality data and insights to enable effective business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and initiating disbursements.
• Manage and prepare balance‑sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle vendor management, including invoice booking, account reconciliation and query resolution.
• Maintain internal controls by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve accounting queries.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical, logical and disciplined problem‑solving approach.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA).
• Experience in a large or multinational organization with strong systems/processes background.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
