Accountant – Dubai (Russian & English)

About the role

Zivian & Co. is urgently hiring an Accountant for its Dubai office. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals who are fluent in Russian and English and have a solid grasp of UAE accounting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, perform bookkeeping, journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and basic FTA filing requirements.
• Process accounting transactions using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
• Support daily finance and accounting operations while maintaining data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field; freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred and candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
