Accountant – Full-time in Umm Al Quwain

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join the finance team of Line Prefab Houses Industry LLC in Umm Al Quwain. The role focuses on day‑to‑day general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash‑flow monitoring and full compliance with UAE VAT regulations using Tally ERP/Prime.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and financial records in Tally ERP/Prime.
• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash‑flow movements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Process tax computations and ensure compliance with UAE VAT rules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and audit preparation, liaising with external auditors, banks and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in UAE manufacturing or construction.
• Based in Umm Al Quwain or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise in Tally ERP/Prime.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT frameworks.
