Accountant (Hybrid – Dubai)

About the role

This full‑time Accountant position is based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on‑site and remote days. You will manage daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and support budgeting for a logistics and delivery company.

Key responsibilities

• Record transactions, reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers for delivery and manpower services.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice clients, track collections and coordinate payroll cost allocation with HR and operations.
• Assist with audit preparation, ensure compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations, and drive process improvements and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA or CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong foundation in financial accounting, bookkeeping and general ledger management.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and basic tax compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software (ERP or cloud‑based systems).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
