About the role
The Accountant will manage employee expense claims, coordinate banking activities, resolve supplier statement discrepancies, and ensure accurate record‑keeping on government portals.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify supporting documents for corporate credit cards, petty cash, employee claims, and government portals.
- Raise purchase requisitions for urgent non‑inventory needs and process system receipts.
- Coordinate month‑end closing activities, ensuring timely submission of invoices, claims, and portal transactions.
- Reconcile advance balances against Statements of Account, investigate discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in preparing bank summary, TR & Bills, and APNV reports.
- Manage banking documentation, including credit facility documents, fixed deposit forms, and signatory mandates.
- Coordinate banking administration such as account opening/closing and submission of board resolutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
