Accountant – QuickBooks & VAT Specialist

About the role
RovaMED, a Dubai‑based medical aesthetics supplier, is seeking a reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support VAT compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounts in QuickBooks and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, record supplier bills, monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile inventory, purchases, and supplier statements.
- Maintain VAT records and assist in preparing VAT returns.
- Generate monthly profit & loss, cash‑flow, and receivables reports.
- Support UAE e‑invoicing preparations and keep accounting records organized.
Required profile
- Degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in trading or medical supplies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
