About the role
We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join a trading company in Umm Al Quwain on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for handling the day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensuring that all financial records comply with UAE regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices, process payments, and manage expense reimbursements.
- Produce monthly financial statements and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
