Accounting and Operations Specialist Associate

About the role

You will join the Accounting and Operations team to ensure accurate financial record‑keeping, efficient transaction processing, and compliance with banking regulations. The role supports day‑to‑day accounting activities and contributes to month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and local regulatory reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Handle transaction processing for remittances, loans, deposits, trade finance and treasury operations.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or banking operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and banking operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
