Accounting and Tax Manager (Chief Accountant)

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is expanding its finance function and needs a hands‑on Accounting and Tax Manager to own the books, tax compliance and audit across the group. You will be responsible for clean month‑end close, timely filings and effective control of the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end close calendar and deliver closed books on deadline across all group entities.
• File Corporate Tax and VAT in‑house, maintain transfer‑pricing documentation and manage the Deloitte external audit end‑to‑end.
• Run the controls framework, oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate consolidation.
• Supervise the Senior Accountant in Dubai and the accounting team in Armenia, reviewing their work and maintaining the fixed‑asset register.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with 5+ years experience, including a senior or chief‑accountant role.
• Hands‑on experience filing UAE Corporate Tax and VAT and managing multi‑entity month‑end close and consolidation.
• Proven ability to lead a Deloitte‑level audit from preparation to signed financial statements.
• UAE resident comfortable dealing with banks and the Federal Tax Authority, with strong written English.
