Accounting Generalist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Accounting Generalist will join the finance team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, supporting the shared services model based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module. The role involves managing cash, accounts payable, income processing and providing training on standard accounting practices while ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks within the Capgemini BPO shared‑services framework, covering general cashier duties, accounts payable and income processing.
• Provide training to operational teams on standard accounting procedures.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant local regulations and Four Seasons corporate policies.
• Adapt responsibilities as the accounting office structure evolves, supporting areas such as accounts receivable when needed.
• Assist with miscellaneous accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of finance experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Familiarity with Capgemini or similar shared‑service accounting modules is preferred.
• College degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent qualification).
