Accounting Manager – General Ledger & IFRS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the end‑to‑end accounting and financial reporting function for a dynamic organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands‑on oversight of general ledger processes and ERP integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee general accounting, financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Develop, optimise and govern General Ledger processes, ERP interfaces and financial system integrations.
• Provide high‑quality internal and external reporting, maintain strong internal controls and manage the finance team.
• Act as a business partner to senior management, delivering financial insights, analysis and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (essential).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA preferred.
• Background in real‑estate, investment or multi‑entity environments is advantageous.
