Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to lead our day‑to‑day financial operations. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, transaction management, and compliance with accounting standards to support the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and track daily financial activities.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
• Supervise junior staff and verify the accuracy of their work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems.
