About the role
ProBIM is looking for a motivated Accounts & Admin Assistant to support its accounting, administrative and office‑operations activities in Dubai. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry‑level professionals eager to gain practical experience in both finance and administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Support data entry and document‑management activities.
- Assist with office administration and coordination.
- Use accounting and HR software to maintain records and process information.
- Communicate with team members and support routine office operations.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, Zoho and HRMS.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and administrative procedures.
- Immediate availability is required.
