Accounts Assistant (Junior Accountant)

About the role

Milano Group is seeking a Junior Accountant to support warehouse stock accounting, invoicing and basic documentation at its Sharjah head office. The role is ideal for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Tally, including fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse stock records and entries.
• Prepare sales invoices and transaction documents.
• Update incoming and outgoing stock entries and prepare regular stock reports.
• Ensure warehouse stock records match billing and invoice records.
• Check invoices, quantities, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams regarding stock and billing information.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Basic understanding of accounting, invoicing, and stock management.
• Ability to prepare invoices accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Good computer and documentation skills; organized and detail‑oriented.
• Fresh graduates with relevant accounting knowledge are welcome.
