About the role
A company in the UAE is looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to support day‑to‑day accounting operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with internal teams for reliable reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial documents and assist with reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth accounting operations.
- Support purchasing and procurement‑related accounting activities when required.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or the marine sector is an advantage.
- Based in Dubai or Sharjah and willing to work primarily from the Sharjah office.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience with reconciliation, documentation, and accounting procedures.
