Accounts & Operations Executive – Retail (M&S) – UAE

About the role

The Accounts & Operations Executive will join Al-Futtaim Technologies' Central Store Operations Team, supporting M&S retail stores across the MENA region. You will act as the primary liaison between stores and the regional office, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate data entry, and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock, cash, and store reporting on a daily basis.
• Process Ariba purchase orders and oversee the PO lifecycle.
• Coordinate maintenance, IT approvals, and troubleshooting for all MENA stores.
• Enter and validate operational data in the system, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Maintain strong, respectful relationships with store teams and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with Buying, Logistics, and Merchandising departments to ensure accurate inventory maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in retail operations or accounts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Comfortable handling cross‑functional coordination across multiple regions.
