Accounts Payable & General Cashier

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail‑oriented finance professional to join the opening team of Radisson Hotel Fujairah. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will manage supplier payments, maintain accurate accounts payable records, and oversee daily cash handling, banking and cashiering processes in line with the hotel’s financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain supplier accounts, reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle daily cash collections, deposits and banking activities.
• Manage petty cash and cashier floats according to hotel procedures.
• Prepare cash and bank reconciliations and keep accurate financial records.
• Support month‑end closing, audits and other finance department requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s financial controls and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts payable, general cashier or a similar finance role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is an advantage.
• UAE hotel or pre‑opening experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting systems.
