Active Directory & Identity Security

About the role

The role focuses on managing the full Identity Lifecycle and Microsoft 365 ecosystem for an enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient identity and access management across on‑premise and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, role changes, and de‑provisioning.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
• Configure and maintain Intune device management and endpoint security policies.
• Manage Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Implement and support SSO and identity integrations (SAML, OAuth, etc.).
• Ensure security, compliance, and access governance for the M365 suite.
• Provide on‑prem and cloud identity integration support.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, security incidents, and operational health.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in senior or lead roles.
• Strong background in identity management and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ‑900, AZ‑103, AZ‑300) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage security, compliance, and enterprise identity systems.
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
