Ad Sales Executive

About the role

Admattic is seeking an ambitious Ad Sales Executive to drive growth across Asia & MEA. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue targets in a fast‑scaling AdTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and advertisers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Asia & MEA.
• Prospect, connect, and build relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Support pitches, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and grow relationships with agencies and enterprise clients.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Programmatic, Operations, Data, and Product teams to deliver client solutions.
• Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in AdTech and digital media.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Digital Advertising, AdTech, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and owning a pipeline.
