Admin & Accounting Junior Coordinator

About the role

RAM Solutions AE is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented junior coordinator to handle both accounting and administrative tasks for its growing business‑consultancy operations in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, accounting entries and prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate financial and client records and coordinate with banks, government authorities and service providers.
• Support corporate tax, VAT and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare and organise documents for company setup, licensing, visas and business services, and follow up on client applications and pending requirements.
• Coordinate internal tasks, ensure deadlines are met and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Good command of English.
