About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin & Accounting Officer to manage day‑to‑day accounting and office administration for a diversified group of companies in Dubai. The role is hybrid, combining office presence with remote work, and requires immediate availability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting activities across the group’s companies, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle day‑to‑day office administration, organise company files and coordinate with internal teams.
- Manage financial and company information with strict confidentiality.
Required profile
- Solid, proven experience in accounting and office administration.
- Good knowledge of the oil market or oil‑sector operations is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
- High standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Well‑organised, accurate with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
