Admin & Finance Accountant - Dubai

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a motivated Admin & Finance Accountant to build the regional financial foundation at its Dubai headquarters. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Finance (MEINA), the role will manage vendor invoicing, payments, receivables, and support month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, accurately verify and code vendor invoices, retail‑related expenses and supplier bills into the corporate ERP system.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs via bank platforms, ensuring proper internal approvals.
• Monitor customer and wholesale balances, allocate incoming payments and follow up on aging receivables.
• Nurture positive relationships with local and international suppliers, perform regular statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the senior finance team and Regional Head of Finance during month‑end closing, contributing to accrual preparation and reporting.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial archives to meet internal control and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of operational experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, preferably in a retail or multinational environment in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.
