Admin Support Analyst, Direct Imports

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices from vendors and carriers against purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
• Identify and flag discrepancies such as overcharges, duplicate invoices, missing documentation, and incorrect pricing.
• Investigate and resolve invoice defects, maintain a defect tracker, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and carriers on invoice‑related queries and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance to support month‑end and quarter‑end close, and prepare aging reports and payment status updates.
• Analyze invoice data trends, generate dashboards, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce turnaround time.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
