About the role
PJT Partners is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide strategic support to its Dubai team. The role involves managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth operations for senior professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Act as gatekeeper for junior professionals, maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and internal colleagues.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and confirm logistics.
- Handle multiple phone lines, respond to client inquiries, and draft email correspondence on behalf of professionals.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation while balancing cost and timing considerations.
- Process confidential documents and perform personal administration as needed.
- Enter and maintain data in internal databases with high accuracy.
- Provide backup support for other administrative assistants during holidays or absences.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in financial services, law firms, or private‑equity environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
