Administrative Assistant – Finance

About the role

The Finance team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks an Administration & Contracts Officer to support operational excellence through robust contract administration and finance‑related administrative tasks. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Events and other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts – drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment and archiving.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers and management systems to ensure accurate records and timely renewals.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales and operational teams on contractual and compliance matters.
• Monitor supplier and contractor compliance with contractual obligations, insurance requirements and service agreements.
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes, waiver requests, NDAs and other administrative documentation.
• Support departmental efficiency through accurate record‑keeping, stakeholder coordination and follow‑up on key actions.

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, legal coordination or a related administrative role within hospitality or a corporate environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
• Ability to analyse contract terms, identify risks and support effective resolution.
• Fluent English communication and proven stakeholder‑management capabilities.
