Administrative Assistant – Real Estate & Properties

About the role

The Engineering & Properties Unit of Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its real‑estate and construction activities. You will act as a liaison between relationship managers, contractors, consultants and internal teams, ensuring that property evaluation documents and contractor payments are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness and compliance of property evaluation documents.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, contractors, consultants and internal departments to collect required paperwork.
• Prepare and maintain case files, updating SharePoint and MIS systems.
• Review and process contractor payment requests, confirming all approvals and meeting turnaround‑time targets.
• Respond to internal and customer queries regarding property evaluations, documentation and payments.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in construction documentation, property finance or contractor payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of construction contracts and payment processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
