About the role

O I A Decoration Design & Fit Out L.L.C is seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations in Dubai. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with internal and external parties, and providing professional client service while handling confidential information with discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review contracts and official documents in Arabic and English.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination activities.
• Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support HR functions and general office administration.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, invoices, expense records, and financial documentation.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• Female Arabic‑speaking candidate with fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in administration and office coordination.
• Strong ability to prepare and review contracts and official documents in both languages.
• Knowledge of HR functions and administrative procedures.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial documentation.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance with strong client‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure.
