About the role

At Ambassador School Dubai, we know that choosing a school is one of the biggest decisions a family can make. We’re looking for an energetic, people‑loving, detail‑oriented Admissions Officer to guide families through their journey with confidence, care, and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Being the friendly voice behind every enquiry and the welcoming face at every school visit
• Helping families navigate the admissions process from first enquiry to first day of school
• Conducting school tours that have parents saying, “Where do we sign?”
• Managing applications, assessments, enrolments, and admissions records
• Following up with prospective families and building strong relationships
• Working closely with marketing and school leadership to support enrolment growth
• Answering questions ranging from curriculum choices to parking arrangements

Required profile

• Loves working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Has experience in admissions, customer service, hospitality, or school administration
• Is highly organised and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Can multitask without needing six cups of coffee (although we won’t judge if you do)
• Has excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Understands that every enquiry is an opportunity to create a lasting impression
