Admissions Officer – Rugby School Dubai

About the role

Rugby School Dubai is looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Admissions Officer to manage the complete admissions journey. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions pipeline, ensuring timely progression of enquiries, applications and offers.
• Provide personalised information on the school’s curriculum, ethos and extracurricular programmes.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, school tours, taster sessions and the offer process.
• Identify and resolve barriers to enrolment in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Support re‑enrolment and retention activities, maintaining strong relationships with families.
