Adviser Support Executive – Global Partners

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking a polished professional to join its Global Partners team in Dubai. The Adviser Support Executive will keep the advice team operating at the highest level, handling policy servicing and supporting client relationships for thousands of English‑speaking expatriates.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy servicing tasks such as valuations, withdrawals, top‑ups, assignments, letters of authority and agency transfers.
• Handle policy changes including contribution amendments, payment instructions, bank details, beneficiary updates and other account modifications.
• Support new business applications for pensions, regular and lump‑sum savings, and insurance cases.
• Communicate with clients and advisers via email, phone and written correspondence.
• Liaise with providers, trustees and pension schemes to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records in Plume and other internal systems, managing incoming provider correspondence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in wealth management or financial advice administration, preferably with pensions and retirement planning.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a polished professional demeanor.
• Confidence using technology and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and high‑value clients.
