Aesthetic Nurse – Full‑time Clinical Role

About the role

Trusta Medical Center is seeking a full‑time Aesthetic Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The nurse will deliver high‑quality nursing care for a range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort from pre‑assessment through post‑treatment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for aesthetic procedures.
• Assist physicians and aesthetic practitioners during injectables, laser therapies and other non‑surgical treatments.
• Perform pre‑assessment checks, monitor vital signs, and provide basic emergency response when needed.
• Explain procedures and after‑care instructions to patients and answer their questions.
• Maintain accurate medical and treatment records in the electronic medical records system.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection‑control protocols and clinic safety standards.
• Manage appointment flow, handle clinical documentation, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments and promote satisfaction.

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification (e.g., BSc in Nursing) with current professional registration.
• Eligibility to obtain or hold a UAE nursing licence.
• Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, vital‑sign monitoring, emergency response and medication administration.
• Experience or strong interest in aesthetic nursing, dermatology or cosmetic procedures.
• Knowledge of infection‑control, safety protocols and quality standards in outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and culturally‑sensitive care abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and electronic medical records systems.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
