Affiliate Business Development Manager – MENA

About the role

OKX is seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager to lead its affiliate growth strategy across the MENA region. You will work closely with the global team to identify, engage, and onboard high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, professional traders, and influential partners, driving user acquisition and expanding the platform’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop affiliate relationships with communities that include HNW clients and professional traders.
• Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with HNW clients, providing frequent contact and support.
• Build partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and media channels to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Plan and deliver events, campaigns, and other promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics and devise data‑driven strategies to improve acquisition KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX or related sectors with a track record of building large affiliate networks.
• Strong business development or affiliate management background.
• Established network of HNW clients and professional traders in the MENA region.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
