Affiliate Lead – Digital Acquisition

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking an Affiliate Lead to own and grow its affiliate channel, driving funded accounts and trading volume across regulated markets. The role combines commercial negotiation, performance optimisation and strict compliance oversight within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with revenue and profitability targets, expanding a diversified partner portfolio of affiliates, influencers and comparison platforms.
• Source, evaluate and onboard high‑value affiliates, lead contract negotiations and maintain long‑term performance‑driven relationships.
• Own core affiliate KPIs (FTDs, trading volume, CAC, LTV, ROI, retention) and continuously optimise acquisition funnels, offers and landing pages.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory requirements, monitoring traffic for fraud, incentivised traffic or brand misuse.
• Produce regular performance reports, forecast channel results and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotional strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in CFDs, FX, online trading, crypto or iGaming.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate revenue in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with regulated‑market partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with dashboard and attribution tools.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as Tune/HasOffers, Impact or Everflow.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid commission models and LTV economics.
